Connect Total Synergy to keep client, project, and stakeholder contacts in sync across Microsoft 365—and on every employee smartphone—without manual updates.

What this integration does:

• Two‑way sync of Total Synergy contacts with the Microsoft 365 Global Address List (GAL), User Mailbox, Google, iCloud or another CRM (via CiraHub)
• Automatic distribution of updated contacts to Outlook and iOS/Android smartphones (via CiraSync)

How it works:

1. Connect: Sign into Total Synergy and Microsoft 365 inside CiraHub.
2. Map: Select fields and sync direction (Synergy ↔ GAL/another endpoint).
3. Sync to phones: CiraSync pushes all updated contacts into native smartphone contact apps.

Note:
Total Synergy connects through CiraHub for two‑way sync; CiraSync handles secure delivery to smartphones.
