At Cira Apps, we value our customer feedback and take every opportunity to connect on a personal level. Recently, our CEO, Neil Wainwright, had a particularly amusing interaction while conducting a NPS survey.
One of the respondants, Chris, had a bit of a cheeky response when asked if there was anything else we could do for him:
« I’ve always wanted one of those rubber chickens 😉 » – Chris
The next day, I roll out of bed, and open slack first thing first, and see a message from Neil.
« Connor, how can we get Chris a rubber chicken? »
And so, began the journey of delivering a rubber chicken internationally. The details of that I’ll save for another day, but suffice to say, it lead to the image you see in this blog post, and the following reply:
The moral of this story? Ask for a chicken, and you might just get it.
