CiraSync Names Tim Fessenden Chief Executive Officer
Veteran SaaS executive brings more than 25 years of experience and leadership roles at Vault Verify, Propertybase, and Yottaa
Austin, Texas, October 7, 2026 — CiraSync, a leading provider of automated contact and calendar sync solutions for Microsoft 365, announced this week that Tim Fessenden has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer, effective today. Fessenden brings more than 25 years of enterprise software and SaaS experience as CiraSync expands its platform for IT leaders and managed service providers (MSPs).
Fessenden has spent his career selling to and building for enterprise buyers, including Fortune 1000 companies in North America and abroad. He has led three successful exits totaling more than $1 billion. Most recently, he served as CEO of Vault Verify, a HR SaaS based platform. Before that, he was President of Propertybase and held operations and product leadership roles at both Propertybase and Yottaa.
