CiraSync Demo Incentive Program Terms & Conditions 

CiraSync Inc. (“CiraSync”) is pleased to offer an exclusive incentive program for selecting prospective customers (“You”) who attend a live demo of the CiraSync platform (“Promotion”), subject to the terms outlined below. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the [CiraSync Privacy Policy]. CiraSync reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. If You do not agree to the updated terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation. 

  1. Eligibility
    To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet all of the following criteria.
    • You are not currently a paying or trial CiraSync customer. 
    • You reside in the United States or Canada. 
    • You are an IT decision-maker or otherwise hold purchasing authority within Your organization. 
    • No other representative from Your company has previously received a reward under this Promotion. 
    • You attend a scheduled demo of the CiraSync platform by 5:00 PM PST on December 31, 2025.

      Qualified participants who meet all criteria are referred to as “Eligible Participants.”

  2. Incentive Rewards
    Incentives are awarded based on the minimum number of licenses required by the Eligible Participant’s organization, as determined by information provided during or after the demo and subject to CiraSync’s verification.Tiered Incentive Structure:
    • Organizations requiring a minimum of 10 licenses are eligible to receive a $25 gift card
    • Organizations requiring a minimum of 50 licenses are eligible to receive a $50 gift card
    • Organizations requiring a minimum of 100 licenses are eligible to receive a $100 gift card
    Eligible Participants will receive one (1) gift card corresponding to the highest applicable tier for which they qualify.Available reward options by region are as follows (denomination based on the applicable tier above):United States:

    Canada:
    • CiraSync swag store gift card

  3. Additional Terms 
    • Limit one reward per individual and per company.
    • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
    • CiraSync is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable rewards due to incorrect contact information.
    • If You choose to subscribe to CiraSync services following participation in this Promotion, your subscription will be governed by the terms outlined in the applicable Order Form and End User License Agreement (EULA), including provisions related to renewal, termination, and licensing fees.
    • All disputes or claims related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state.
    • This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional program.
    • The offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
