CiraSync Demo Incentive Program Terms & Conditions 

CiraSync Inc. (“CiraSync”) is pleased to offer an exclusive incentive program for selecting prospective customers (“You”) who attend a live demo of the CiraSync platform (“Promotion”), subject to the terms outlined below. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the [CiraSync Privacy Policy]. CiraSync reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. If You do not agree to the updated terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation. 

1. Eligibility 
   To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet all of the following criteria.
   • You are not currently a paying or trial CiraSync customer. 
   • You reside in the United States or Canada. 
   • You are an IT decision-maker or otherwise hold purchasing authority within Your organization. 
   • No other representative from Your company has previously received a reward under this Promotion. 
   • You attend a scheduled demo of the CiraSync platform by 5:00 PM PST on December 31, 2025.
     
     Qualified participants who meet all criteria are referred to as “Eligible Participants.”
2. Incentive Rewards 
   Each Eligible Participant will receive one of the following rewards, subject to availability and applicable regional limitations
   1. United States: 
      • $50 USD gift card to the CiraSync swag store 
      • $50 USD Amazon gift card 
      • $50 USD DoorDash gift card
   2. Canada: 
      • $50 CAD gift card to the CiraSync swag store 
      • $50 CAD Amazon gift card 
      • $50 CAD DoorDash gift card
   3. Europe: 
      • €50 EUR gift card to the CiraSync swag store 
      • €50 EUR Amazon gift card 
      • €50 EUR Uber Eats or Just Eat gift card
        
        Rewards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at registration, within 15 days of demo attendance and eligibility verification.

3. Additional Terms 

• • Limit one reward per individual and per company.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • CiraSync is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable rewards due to incorrect contact information.
  • If You choose to subscribe to CiraSync services following participation in this Promotion, your subscription will be governed by the terms outlined in the applicable Order Form and End User License Agreement (EULA), including provisions related to renewal, termination, and licensing fees.
  • All disputes or claims related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state.
  • This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional program.
  • The offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
