We offer a special program for Microsoft-eligible, non-profit organizations. Do you have an annual contract?

No, we do not do annual contracts, and we also do not save any financial information from subscribers. 

Do we need to pay for Customer Support?

Yes, we have stellar support for Enterprise Edition customers, and no, you don’t pay for it! Our Customer Success Team (rated 5 stars on G2Crowd & Capterra) will work with you through all phases of testing CiraSync Enterprise Edition Trial and deploying the Enterprise Edition in your organization.  

Support is provided via online meetings, email, and phone calls. Open a support ticket automatically by sending an email to [email protected] or call us at +1 202-747-0888 for live support Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day. We also provide email support on Saturday and Sunday. 

What are my payment options: credit card and/or invoicing?

You can use a credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an annual subscription and plan to spend at least $1,200, we can invoice you annually. For orders less than $1,200, log in to the CiraSync dashboard, add the licenses, and pay by credit card. 

Can you invoice my organization for CiraSync licenses?

Iyour annual subscription is at least $1,200, we can invoice you annually. For orders less than $1,200, you will need to log in to the CiraSync dashboard, add the licenses, and pay by credit card. 

We want to add more licenses to our existing subscription? Can the new licenses be prorated to expire at the same time as the existing licenses?

Yes, we can prorate the new licenses to expire at the same time as the existing licenses. Note that licenses are sold in packs of 10 and you can add them to your subscription from the CiraSync dashboard, and pay by credit card. Invoices are only generated for orders more than $1,200.

Can I test CiraSync with 75 smartphone users in my organization? Do I need to sign a contract or give my credit card information?
Cira Apps offers a 30-day, 100-user Enterprise Edition Trial. Most organizations find 30 days enough to test, break, fix, and fall in love with our SaaS solution.

We want to cancel our subscription to CiraSync. How do we do that? Will we get a refund?
Enterprises: Annual and quarterly subscription can be cancelled, and the refund is calculated by subtracting the number of full months left in the subscription from the 12-month to get the total billable months used. Then, the total billable months are multiplied by a single monthly cost of $15 per 10 pack. The difference between this and actual payment is the refund amount.
