What this integration does:

  • Two‑way sync of ConnectWise contacts with the Microsoft 365 GAL, User Mailbox, Google, iCloud or another CRM (via CiraHub)
  • Automatic delivery of updated contacts to iOS/Android devices (via CiraSync)

How it works:

  1. Connect: Authenticate ConnectWise and Microsoft 365 GAL/another endpoint via CiraHub.
  2. Map: Choose fields, sync direction, and filters.
  3. Sync to phones: CiraSync updates all smartphones automatically.

Note:
ConnectWise connects through CiraHub; CiraSync handles mobile distribution.
