Yes, you can sync contact fields besides the defaults by doing the following: Click the account username at the top-right corner of the CiraSync dashboard. Click SETTINGS. Click Contact Fields. No, choosing to sync the root contact folder will not sync its subfolders. Instead, you can create multiple contact lists in CiraSync using these subfolders as the source. Then, you would sync these contact lists to the root contact folder.
