Is there a free Enterprise Edition Trial?
Yes, we offer a 60-day, 10-user free Enterprise Edition Trial. No credit card or contract to try it out. Contact us to get started.
Do you have an annual contract?
Yes, we sell Enterprise Edition subscriptions on an annual basis but there is no auto renewal. You will be sent an email reminder a few weeks before your subscription expires. Do note that we do not save any financial information from subscribers. 
What are my payment options? Credit card and/or invoicing?
You can use a credit card to pay for any plan. For a sale over $1200, you can pay by wire transfer or check based on the invoice requested from us. For orders less than $1,200, simply log in to the CiraSync dashboard, add the licenses, and pay by credit card.
Can you invoice my organization for CiraSync licenses?

If your annual subscription is at least $1,200, we can invoice you annually. For orders less than $1,200, you will need to log in to the CiraSync dashboard, add the licenses, and pay by credit card.

We want to add more licenses to our existing subscription? Can the new licenses be prorated to expire at the same time as the existing licenses?

Yes, we can prorate the new licenses to expire at the same time as the existing licenses. Note that licenses are sold in packs of 10 and you can add them to your subscription from the CiraSync dashboard, and pay by credit card. Invoices are only generated for orders more than $1,200.

We want to cancel our subscription to CiraSync. Will we get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription to CiraSync at any time.

Enterprises: Annual and quarterly subscription can be cancelled, and the refund is calculated by subtracting the number of full months left in the subscription from the 12-month to get the total billable months used. Then, the total billable months are multiplied by a single monthly cost of $15 per 10 pack. The difference between this and actual payment is the refund amount.
