If you are a CiraSync Personal Edition customer, please note that Personal Edition is a limited capability version of Enterprise Edition. Personal Edition does not include contact photo sync. If you are interested in CiraSync Enterprise Edition, contact us to get started!

If you are a CiraSync Enterprise Edition customer, this could be a possible error by Azure Active Directory. Please disable your phone’s native Exchange connector and then enable it after 30–40 minutes. If this issue still persists, please Submit a Support Request.
