What are my payment options? Credit card and/or invoicing?
You can use a credit card to pay for any plan, simply log in to the CiraSync dashboard, add the licenses, and complete payment. For sales over an order minimum, invoices are issued by request and payment can be sent by wire transfer or check.
We want to add more licenses to our existing subscription, can the new licenses be prorated to expire at the same time as the existing licenses?

Yes, we can prorate the new licenses to expire at the same time as the existing licenses. You can add them to your subscription from the CiraSync dashboard, and pay by credit card.

We want to cancel our subscription to CiraSync. Will we get a refund?
