We’re excited to introduce a new round of updates across all CiraSync products—designed to enhance usability, simplify administrative workflows, and give you greater visibility and control throughout the sync process.

1. Health Status in Notifications panel

Admins can now view sync health statuses in Cirasync —making it easier to catch issues early and stay informed about sync progress.

2. New Sync Tunnel Data Filter

When setting up SyncTunnel synchronizations in CiraSync, users can now apply data filters while selecting contact list options—allowing for more precise control over which data is synced, especially in large or complex environments.

3. Hide Billing Controls option

In CiraSync admins now have the ability to hide billing-related settings and controls. This feature does not apply to Billing Administrators or Full Admins, ensuring financial permissions stay with authorized roles.

4. Option to Remove Synced Data When Removing Sync Tunnel

Admins now have the ability to automatically delete all synced data associated with a Sync Tunnel when removing it from CiraSync. This optional cleanup feature helps prevent outdated or unnecessary data from lingering in user mailboxes.

5. Basic Access Management for CCC admin (Settings | Impersonation)

CCC admins now have improved access control providing a simpler way to manage user privileges and impersonation settings in CiraSync.

6. Dashboard option to minimize the contact view during syncing process

A new dashboard setting allows users to minimize the contact view while a sync is running—reducing visual clutter and helping admins focus on other tasks.

7. Sortable Country Column on the Partners Grid

We’ve added a sortable Country column to the Partners grid view—making it easier to organize and locate partner records by region or location.

8. Option to Remove Synced Data When Removing SyncTunnel

When removing a SyncTunnel connection, admins now have the option to automatically remove all synced data associated with that tunnel—helping ensure mailbox cleanliness and eliminating outdated records.

9. Low License Notification (Enabled by Default)

New CiraSync customers will now receive automatic notifications when less than 5% of available seats remain. This alert is enabled by default for all new signups, helping teams stay ahead of capacity issues.

 10. Field Filters for Calendar Purge Custom Task

Admins can now apply field-level filters when configuring a calendar purge custom task. This allows more granular control over which calendar items are removed, helping to maintain clean and relevant data in shared calendars.

 11. SSU (Sync Service Utility) Design Update

We’ve redesigned the SSU interface for CiraSync On-Premise, improving layout clarity and modernizing the user experience for better task management and troubleshooting.

12. CiraHub Duplicate Management Improvements

CiraHub now features automated duplicate detection across your connected sources.

The platform continuously scans for duplicate contacts and displays the results directly on the dashboard—giving admins instant visibility and actionable insights.

13. CiraHub Collections Settings: Easier Filtering & Organization

Managing large sets of synced data just got easier. With CiraHub Collections, admins can now create and organize Collections directly from Hub data—such as departments, locations, or specific teams.

Wrapping Up

These latest updates across CiraSync, CiraHub, and CiraSync On-Premise are part of our ongoing mission to make synchronization smarter, cleaner, and easier to manage. From improved duplicate handling and streamlined filtering to better admin control and UI enhancements, we’re focused on giving you the tools to manage contacts and calendars with confidence.
