What this integration does:
- Two‑way sync of QuickBooks contacts with the Microsoft 365 GAL, User Mailbox, Google, iCloud or another CRM (via CiraHub)
- Automatic distribution of updated contacts to Outlook and iOS/Android (via CiraSync)
How it works:
- Connect: Sign into QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 in CiraHub to enable two‑way sync
- Map: Choose fields and direction (QuickBooks ↔ GAL/another endpoint), then set filters and rules
- Sync to phones: CiraSync pushes the latest contacts to users’ native Contacts apps—no apps to install
Note: QuickBooks connects through CiraSync Hub; CiraSync Cloud handles secure, automated delivery to smartphones.
